Name: Rori Louise Tefflon

Personality:
   Rori is a gentle soul harboring an ocean of love for all walks of life. She is timid, and frightens incredibly easily, but that rarely stops her from learning something new. She loves fashion and art almost as much as she loves food and science, and spends a great deal of time split between the four. While she does not lean towards violence, Rori cannot help but admit that there is a certain thrill that comes along with battling and defeating her enemies.

Bio:
   Rori grew up along her two older siblings, who have gone into their respective careers to varying success, and did not have a lot of pressure put on her to achieve excellence. In trainer's school, she spent more time studying science-oriented classes like physics and chemistry than she did paying attention in battling courses. After graduating with high marks in nearly all of her courses, Rori spent her time experimenting in chemistry and largely forgot that battling was a massive sport (until major events, like champion challenges happened). Some years later, Rori determined that the best way to experience life was to journey and learn the ways of the world.
   Thus began her Pokemon journey; albeit, a bit late. Seventeen at the time of starting, Rori was granted a Popplio to accompany her. The pair soon became thick as thieves as the Popplio, christened Arya for her song-loving nature, swept Rori away into a world of artistry. Though her goal was not one of gym battles or contest performances, Rori had to learn the battle skills she had ignored in trainer school from children -- the hard way. A lot of rough battles paved the way toward Rori's growth as a trainer, and while her style may be more geared towards hitting hard and hitting fast, she has not ignored the many tactics that have woven into the fabric of the sport.

 Drawn in by the flashy uniforms, Rori had a VERY brief stint with Team Flare. She never wound up participating in any events (so clean record) and actually managed to sneak the suit out after refusing to accept the Terms & Conditions upon her official initiation due to vague wording that bothered her. However, she did make some friends who are still part of the organization during her month of internship.


Josuke the Gallade

 Josuke, or Jojo, and Rori's meeting was far from typical. While making her way through reflection cave, the then Ralts was spotted making dramatic poses with his reflection. Admittedly, Rori threw the Pokeball in a sort of sneak-attack (and it worked), but the pair have not suffered in bond from it. Though quite vain, Josuke is devoted to protecting his trainer, whom he has deemed to be "unfit for combat."

Storm the Stunfisk

 As many trainers do, Rori first encountered Storm in the rainy routes northwest of Icirrus City. The official pancake was rather rudely stepped on by a hiker hefting heavy gear, and then by the eager trainer on her trek to the Moor of Icirrus to visit the site of the disaster that once took place there. Rori took a detour to make the hiker apologize to the Stunfisk, and Storm has stuck around ever since.

Arya the Primarina
 Held Item: Primarium Z
 As Rori's official starter, the pair have been through all of their adventures together. It was Arya's encouragement that kept Rori from quitting in the earliest days, and even if she was pushy, Rori would never have had the heart to just abandon a Pokemon. They have grown strong together, and overcome many challenges (including trying out contests, which both agreed were not their scene).

Sebastian the Exeggutor

 Don't let the fancy name deceive you; Sebastian is anything but proper. The somehow-a-dragon tree and his trainer went through a lot of strain after his evolution, as Rori was unprepared for having to be loud enough to be heard way up high. He loves throwing himself around in battle, and isn't ashamed of yelling "TIMBER" (or, as close as an Exeggutor can come to yelling it) when using Dragon Hammer.

Absinthe the Shedinja

 A presence from Rori's childhood, Absinthe's Nightmare was a cause of much misery. For years, Rori suffered from the ghost's torment, until she finally faced them down and captured them. Absinthe is an entity of few words, but is least likely to hold back among their teammates. Despite being captured, the restless spirit is far from tamed, and they frequently butt heads with their trainer.

Aurora the Aurorus

 A specimen revived from a fossil, Aurora is very much still adjusting to the modern world. Though she is far from high class, the icy dino resents the constant buzz of technology and would much rather be somewhere Not Tropical. However, she cannot but help to adore her little human, who dotes just as much on her blessing of science.
